Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the game app "DENJU" (the "Service") provided by Sanraku (サン楽) (the "Operator"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. This English text is a translation; if it differs from the Japanese original, the Japanese original prevails.
Article 1 (Minors)
If you are a minor, use the Service with the consent of your parent or guardian, including when you buy paid items. The Service sets monthly purchase limits by age (15 and under: ¥5,000; 16 to 19: ¥10,000, counted at the Japanese price of each item).
Article 2 (Paid items)
Paid items such as talismans can be bought through the App Store or Google Play. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases cannot be returned or refunded. Purchased talismans do not expire.
Article 3 (Talisman Summon)
The chance of each denju appearing in a Talisman Summon is shown in "Summon odds".
Article 4 (Prohibited conduct)
- Modifying, analysing or tampering with the Service's program or data
- Deliberately exploiting bugs
- Conduct that breaks the law or public order and morals
- Any other conduct the Operator judges to be inappropriate
Article 5 (Data)
Game data is saved on your device. If it is lost because the device breaks, the app is deleted or for similar reasons, the Operator cannot restore it.
Article 6 (Changes to or end of the Service)
After giving notice in the app or elsewhere, the Operator may change the Service or stop providing it. If unused paid talismans remain when the Service ends, the Operator will handle them as the law requires.
Article 7 (Limitation of liability)
The Operator is not liable for damage you suffer from using the Service, except where it is caused by the Operator's intent or gross negligence. This does not limit rights you have under laws that cannot be set aside by agreement.
Article 8 (Changes to these Terms)
The Operator may change these Terms when necessary. The changed Terms take effect when they are posted in the app or elsewhere.
Article 9 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute about the Service will be brought, in the first instance, exclusively before the district court with jurisdiction over the Operator's address.
