Privacy Policy

Sanraku (サン楽) (the "Operator") handles information about users of the game app "DENJU" (the "App") as follows. This English text is a translation of the Japanese original.

1. Information the Operator collects

The App's game data (your denju, progress, number of talismans, the kanji you pick for Kanji Summons, the names you give your denju and so on) is kept only on your device and is never sent to the Operator's servers. If you allow notifications, they are scheduled on your device and nothing is sent anywhere. If you contact us, we use your email address and message only to reply.

2. Advertising (sending information outside the App)

The App currently shows no ads and sends no information for advertising. If a version with ads is released, this policy will describe the information sent, the recipients and the purpose, and the App will let you know.

3. In-app purchases

Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. The Operator never receives your credit card details or similar information; it handles only which item was bought and whether the purchase succeeded.

4. iCloud and Game Center (iPhone)

On iPhone, so that you can continue after changing or reinstalling, a copy of your game data is saved in your own iCloud (Apple). The copy stays within Apple's services; the Operator never receives it.

On iPhone, only when you are signed in to Apple's Game Center, your Night Parade records (the time you lasted) and the Feats you complete are sent to Game Center and used for leaderboards, challenges with friends and achievements. Apple handles them under Apple's privacy policy. To manage the leaderboards (for example, to remove fraudulent records), the Operator may see their contents (nicknames and records) as far as Apple allows. You can sign out of Game Center at any time in Settings > Game Center.

5. Sharing with third parties

Except where required by law, the Operator does not give the information it collects to third parties without your consent.
