Feedback After Playing

We also welcome your reasons for stopping partway and the things you liked. A short line is fine. No purchase or positive rating is required.

Quick Feedback (Optional)

What's the one thing you most want to tell us after playing?

Just a line on what you enjoyed or where you got stuck. Feedback from players who stopped partway is welcome too. No login or email address is needed.

This form is available on the website: https://denchu-collection.com/support (Japanese).

Photos, your current location, save data and device information are not attached automatically. Do not write your address, pole numbers, passwords or card details.

Your message and receipt number are sent only when you press the send button, and are stored together with the date and time received to help improve the game. We do not reply individually to feedback. Your answers do not affect gameplay or rewards.

Your draft is saved temporarily in this tab (discarded if more than 24 hours have passed when the page is shown again). It is deleted once sending is complete.

Can't send it, or want to ask by email?

The “Copy Message” button is available on the website: https://denchu-collection.com/support (Japanese).

If you send an email, your sender address and message will reach our support desk. You need to send it from your email app.

How Your Data Is Handled · Help with Bugs, Purchases and Refunds

Restoring Purchase Status and Perks

On the Purchase and Restore screen (Japanese), log in with the same ChatGPT account you used for the purchase and tap “Recheck and Restore Purchase Status”. No login is needed for free play. If you paid but your perks are not shown, do not pay again; instead, send the number from your order history to the support desk. To transfer game progress, use the in-game backup separately.

If “Sandbox” is shown, it is for testing and no real money changes hands. Do not enter real card details. Test purchases do not carry over to real purchases.

Getting Started

If this is your first time, review the Terms of Use and how your data is handled, then tap “Agree and Try It”. With “Show a pole on camera”, a utility pole appears overlaid on the camera view. When you scan the plate, SSR Hikari joins your team (first time only). No GPS or login is needed, and you can also choose “Try without a camera”. The camera view is not captured, recorded or sent. If you go back partway, you can resume with “Try a Plate Summon”.

To explore outdoors, open “Playing Outdoors” and go to “Snap a Pole's Number Plate”. Stop on a safe sidewalk and photograph a number plate from the power company or NTT. An on-device AI checks whether a plate is present, and the GPS reading right after the shot and the exploration conditions are also checked. You do not need to type the number: to read it, the photo inside the frame is sent to Google Gemini (see the Privacy Policy; the game does not keep the photo). Skip any plate that is out of reach or in a dangerous position.

Adventure Without Tracking

You do not need to start or end walks. GPS is used to verify on-site photos; there is no continuous tracking or distance measurement. Adventure bonuses are received automatically at 1, 3 and 5 summons and wins combined. Tiers already claimed today during an earlier walk are not given twice. Past distances remain in the “Exploration Log”. Hikari's Adventure Log also advances with your total summons and wins, and stories you unlocked before are kept.

If You Can't Scan

If you cannot use GPS or the camera, complete Controls Practice or camera practice with the sample or a saved photo; Thunder Fox Hikari then joins as an LV.3 training partner, and you can start the main game. Training does not add region stamps, on-site records, exploration rewards, scan counts or Relay Shards. Region partners and stamps increase through on-site exploration. When taking photos on-site, allow camera and location access for this site only while you are using it. Skip any pole that would require you to step out toward the roadway or approach equipment.

Save Data

Progress is saved in the browser on this device. With the backup feature in “⚙ Settings” at the top right, you can save a file and load it on another device to transfer your progress. There is no automatic cloud saving. Always save a backup before deleting site data or changing devices.

Regional Memory Dialogues

You can play up to twice a day from “Talk to Partner → Local Quiz” on the field. Normally each question is multiple choice with 4 options and 30 seconds to answer; correct answers earn bond, character XP and memory shards. You can also choose 60 seconds or no time limit, but then there is no speed bonus. If “Reduce Motion” is turned on on your device, no time limit is selected automatically. If you reload or move to another screen after starting, that round ends. After answering, you can check the basis for the explanation under “Official source”.

Collecting on Days You Can't Go Far

In the “7-Day Challenge with Your Partner”, complete any 2 of the 3 activities (records, battles and regional memories) and claim that day's reward to advance one day. The 7 days do not need to be consecutive, and taking a break does not reduce the number of days completed. On day 7, if you have fewer than 7 “Relay Shards”, they are topped up to 7, and you can invite any one Denki you don't have yet from the archive as a guest. From day 8 on, the Nationwide Relay Challenge continues: completing any 2 activities earns 2 shards each day, and every 7 completions earns 3 memories and 1 core. You can grow your team with battles and regional memories alone. Guest invitations do not give visit stamps and are kept separate from on-site exploration records.

Add to Home Screen

In supported browsers, an installation guide appears after you get a partner or complete Controls Practice. On iPhone, choose “Add to Home Screen” from Safari's Share button. You can play in the browser without adding it.

Playing Safely

Do not operate the game while walking, cycling or driving. Do not enter private property, railway tracks or restricted areas, and do not touch or climb utility poles or power equipment.

Prices and Refunds

Basic collecting and training are free. The “Denki Power Plant Founder's Pass” is a one-time purchase at ¥980 (tax included). It includes 5 random SSRs, a title, the Amber theme, a Gold Index frame and all 5 episodes of the short story “The First Light”. Denki you already own are also eligible; limited to once per account. There are no recurring charges.

Within 7 days of your first purchase of the same pass, we accept refund requests for any reason. Email us with the order number from your order history. After a refund, paid perks are removed, and your free collection and training data are kept. Non-delivery of perks, incorrect charges and responses required by law are not limited by this period.
