Counting of Play Activity

The consent you give when starting the game includes consent to the automatic counting, for quality improvement and to check advertising effectiveness, of traffic sources; the numbers of visits, play starts, wins and on-site summons; and the number of return visits (whether the game was played again on a later day). Photos, GPS data and personal IDs are not sent for these counts, and the counts are not linked to purchase information. Nothing is sent before you agree to the current explanation. Number Reading and Pole Residents

To read the number, the photo inside the frame is sent to a reading AI (Google Gemini). This game does not store your photos. Your consent to this explanation is confirmed at the start, and nothing is sent before you consent or during the indoor trial. Processing on Google's side is governed by Google's terms of use. If the number can be read, the character and rarity are fixed by the prefecture and the plate number. The distribution is R 70%, SR 25% and SSR 5%. As for characters, the Denki of that prefecture appears about 7–8% of the time, Denki from the same area are twice as likely to appear as those from other areas, and you can meet all 47 (poles you met in an earlier version keep the resident they had at that time). There is no guaranteed local SSR on your first summon; meeting a pole for the first time gives +5 affinity (max. 500). A reunion is not a new summon: you can receive +3 affinity once per day per pole, resetting every morning at 4:00 AM (the day you first meet counts as that day's one time). Only if the number cannot be read is the conventional random draw used. Numbers and meeting records are included in your save data and backups. Because of misreadings, identical numbers and the like, results may not exactly match the real pole.

Founder's Pass: 5 SSRs

As part of what the pass includes, 5 different Denki are chosen at random from the 47 eligible Denki, and you can use them as SSRs. Denki you already own are also eligible. This is limited to once per account and also applies to existing purchasers at no additional charge. The draw result does not change if you restore or repurchase, and it cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. An internet connection is required to check your perks. If the pass is stopped because of a refund or similar, Denki who joined through the pass are removed and SSR upgrades from the pass are reverted. Ownership, training and ranks of Denki obtained for free are not deleted.

How to Play and Safety

Denchu Collection is a walking and collecting game provided under the operator name “Sanraku”. When you first tap the start button, we confirm that you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The free trial can be started without logging in, taking photos or using location data. Exploration rewards from on-site photos require the camera and location data. We do not continuously track your walks. Even if you do not grant permission, you can still use indoor battles, training and purchase-rights checks. Records limited to outdoor play are kept separate from indoor practice.

Do not operate the game while walking or driving; stop in a safe place. Touching or climbing utility poles or power equipment, entering private property or restricted areas, photographing other people without permission, and similar acts are prohibited. Photo assessment only helps you take photos; it does not guarantee the safety of equipment or the pole number.

Purchases and Data

Before ordering a paid product, check its contents, price, delivery method and refund conditions on the purchase screen and in Seller Information and Delivery Terms (Japanese). If you are a minor, obtain a parent's or guardian's consent before purchasing. Screens displayed without a completed payment, or changes to data on your device, do not give you purchase rights.

Purchase rights are verified with the ChatGPT account used at the time of purchase. Lending, selling or buying accounts, and falsifying purchase records, are prohibited. Game progress is saved on your device. Save a backup before changing devices or deleting browser data. For how data is handled, see the Privacy Policy.

Refunds and Problems

Within 7 days of your first purchase of the same pass, we accept refund requests for any reason. After a refund, paid perks are removed, and your free collection and training data are kept. Problems such as non-delivery or incorrect charges, and responses required by law, are not limited by this period. If fraudulent use or a payment dispute is confirmed, paid perks may be suspended. If you think this is a mistake, please let Support know.

Rights and Prohibited Conduct

Rights to the images, text and programs in the game belong to the operator or the legitimate rights holders. You may introduce your play and share screenshots for personal, non-commercial purposes, as long as they do not include other people's personal information. Redistributing the full text of unreleased paid stories or game assets, infringing rights, unauthorized access, and actions that place a load on payments or servers are prohibited.

Changes, Suspension and Termination

We may change or temporarily suspend features to improve quality or for safety. New features and permanent continuation of the service are not guaranteed as purchase perks. If we plan a change or termination that would significantly disadvantage paid perks, we will, as a rule, announce it on the website at least 30 days in advance and explain the alternative provision, refund or other remedy available according to what was provided at the time of purchase, your usage and applicable law. In urgent cases such as outages or responses to fraud, we may suspend features before giving notice.

Nothing here exempts the operator from liability arising from its intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or from liability that cannot be exempted or limited under law. These Terms do not limit consumers' statutory rights.
