Returns and cancellations

As these are digital items, purchases cannot be returned or cancelled. Refunds follow Apple's refund process (reportaproblem.apple.com).

iPhone with iOS 15 or later. The 3D wardrobe works while the 3D view is on.

Terms for purchases in the app

Purchases and payment are made through the App Store (Apple); refunds follow Apple's rules.

Signed in with the same Apple ID, you can get your items back with Restore Purchases at the bottom of the wardrobe. One purchase can be used by all 47 Denki. Items cannot be exchanged for cash or other items, or transferred to anyone else.

3D outfits change only the look; strength and rewards stay the same. Headwear and hair colours have effects in the Dice Battles (the Power Plant Dungeon, the Big Four Cup and friend battles):

• Headwear: the Denki wearing it takes 5% less damage.
• Hair colours: the Denki with that colour cannot get its status (red: Burn, golden: Shock, silver: Petrify, purple: Poison).

The effects are shown on the purchase screen. To keep the game balanced, we may adjust their numbers; before a change that would greatly lower the value of an item you bought, we will announce it in advance.
